OK Guys Listen Up
A few years ago Mike Vaughn (CEO of Triumph)blamed the Chicago Area RAT for the failure of the turnout at the Triumph Ride Across America in Chicago. You now have a Local Rocketman (Lukeskywalker) trying to raise funds for a despretly ill Lady facing $300,000.00 in Medical bills.
Any of you guys going on the ride? If not why not?
Who is sponsoring this ride a H-D Dealer. Only One H-D dealer other than the sponsering dealer will have sign up Sheets. Yet every other non HD dealer I asked put out the sheets. INCLUDING a dealer in Verona Wisc.
Signup sheets will also be available at tomorrows Rocker Reunion in Chicago.
I believe they will also be at the Slimey Crud Run in Wisc next weekend

Well Kadutz,

I'm not a RAT member. Never got around to it. I did hook up with Luke a few weeks ago for some flyers.

I am happy to report that Woodstock and McHenry H=D's were more than happy to display the flyers and have several on hand.

Heritage H-D in Lisle gave me some fuss at first because it was being hosted by another H-D dealer (I can never understand H-D people) But, eventually they gave in.

On Monday I will be going to Orland, Manteno and Munster to drop off flyers at their H-D dealerships on my way back from the Kankakee area. I also distributed multiple flyers to other riders I know and I'm gonna hit up a few M/C repair shops and metric dealers too. What dealerships have you hit up? - so I know which ones are covered.

YES, I will be going. I think Triumphs need to be seen more and more.

I strongly urge all Triumph riders who are available on 5/6 to join the ride. Anyone interested can contact me or Lukeskywalker or I assume Kadutz.

Illlinios HD has the flyers I sent you a PM
I note there has yet to be a response from ANY
RAT member.
Ural Chicgao(TRUE IMPORTS,Clarendon Hills,IL ) Russian Bikes, Enfields,and Scooters has flyers. British Parts Chicago has flyers.
Yet no response from the Chicago Rat
Guess they live up to their RAT name. Guess Vaughn was right.
