I have a trip to the Pocono Raid planned with my brother. We will be camping during much of our trip to conserve money. Our trip will include a two day ride to Baltimore, where we will spend the night. From there we will ride to the Raid on Friday. We will spend the weekend at the Raid, but I'm not sure I want to shell out $110 per night for a room.

From there we will ride back to Baltimore and then travel the length of Skyline Drive and the Blueridge Parkway on the way to the Dragon. We will then spend several days riding the roads in that area prior to heading back to Indiana.

All in all, the trip will cover 11 days and several thousand miles.

Any ideas on Camp Sites in the area of Pocono Manor?

Get ahold of the Pocono Mountains Vacation Bureau and they can answer all your questions. They are online but I don't have a clue what their website is. Or you can look at the links at www.poconorecord.com the local newspaper(?).
Good luck and enjoy the Pocono's while your here.
