The closest pack is in Syracuse at Destiny Motorsports. You can find contact info on the Triumph website under USA/Dealers/NY.

I've met the owner of the shop but haven't been there. I think it's been open less than a year. I'll ride up with you anytime. I'm in West Corners/Endicott.
