Spring RAT Raid
The website is up for the Spring RAT Raid in April next year. It is in the Ozarks of Arkansas. The site is not complete yet but check it out! http://www.ozarkratraid.com
I am currently the contact person if you have any questions. Registration will begin soon.

Beautiful riding there.
Hickory, NC to Ark is approximately 15 hrs by superslab.
That could be interesting...

Tim
I may have missed it on the site, but where is the central location for the event?
Cheers

I'd love to ride the Ozarks but so much slab between.

I just might make to this one. One of my best friends lives in Prairie Grove AR (about 90 miles west of there) and I haven't been out there in 15 years. Great chance to visit him and then go to the Rat Raid.

The HUB is the host hotel and central location. It is in Marble Falls AR, just south of Harrison and north of Jasper. Click on their logo for information about the hotel. We will add more information to the site soon.

Thanks for the Idea,
A few friends and I were looking for a new destination next Year, this may be it. Just choosing a warm route may be difficult.

I know what you mean. Any northern route will involve mtns which could be cold and wet. So, if the weather doesn't look good north, I'll do a route straight down I5 and then east via I10. All that interstate isn't appealing, so I'll be looking for other roads along the way that can break the monotony.

+1
We've still got a lot of exploring to do in the area between Skyline Drive and the Smokies.
