Unhappy Trident 900 ignition fault

Hi all

I just finished fitting a new airbox and fitted the airbox without a problem however the bike will not now start - and misfires like a timing issue - so i thought had messed up the wiring of the HT ignition coils. Worse still after doing some fault finding discover that ALL 3 plugs are sparking at same time - and looks like every stroke - lit up light a christmas tree.... All i have done is disocnnect and reconnect the HT leads....

Any help welcome, Thanks Baz

My Haynes manual, whilst showing the wire colours does not indicate which wire goes to + & - on each coil which is not too helpful - anyone with a tank off that can confirm as below?

The way i have it wired is;

HTC1 to Cylinder 1 (Left side)
Brown/Yellow - I have on negative
Red - I have on positive

HTC2 to Cylinder 2
Yellow/Blue - I have on negative
Red - I have on positive

HTC3 to Cylinder 3
Green - I have on negative
Red - I have on positive
