Fuel pressure regulator

I have just removed the Fuel tank on my 2003 955 Daytona and on the fuel pressure regulator there is an outlet for a rubber tube, But there was nothing attached to it.On this model should there be a pipe attached to this outlet and if so where should it go to. Any help appreciated Cheers Simon

any luck by looking in the manual? Is this where the anti-siphon valve goes (and, if it falls off-which they do-you won't notice!).

According to the manual yes there should be (see instruction 5.)

It doesn't say where it goes to though - perhaps it's just a drain tube?

There is no pipe on the regulator vent.

The two pipes on the other side of the tank reffered to by redmellons are :- for the tank overflow and a drain for the filler well.

Aren't those the 'fuel filler drain' and 'fuel tank vent' on the left side of the tank referred to in instruction 2 in the manual? Instruction 5 then says 'reconnect the hose leading to the fuel pressure regulator'.

Just to clarify. There used to be a pipe on the regulator. Hence the reference to it in the manual. At some point Mr Triumph decided it wasn't required and deleted it. I have an 04 daytona and it has never had the pipe. So sleep easy carr955 all is well !
