What make of tail tidy is it and what are they like to fit? I am about to be in the same predicament with the pipes.

its an R&G tail tidy m8, and simple to fit, on a scale of 1-10 0 skill required(if i can do it anyone can)including p/p =£47.67 from R&G http://www.rg-racing.com/browseBike/.../LP0014BK.aspx as for the cans i think either tridents or micron at the moment ,but that could change if i get a good price for chain reactions ,just stuck R&G crash bungs on getting the `modding bug`clouts yer pocket for sure lol

Hell why not get the low level system. Those high level cans must be a right pain when you want to use luggage!

i like the look of high level cans and the only luggage i carry on the speedy is my wallet i think the tridents have won, easily available and easy `tune`,still like the chain reaction cans though, but cant have everything in life i suppose

Why would you want to carry luggage on an Speed Triple?

Anyway I started to get the mod thing as well. I've got a 2005 S3 as the stock mirrors were rubbish so I changed them for bar ends from Oberon Engineering. Which I think kind of suit the image of the bike. I got a tail tidy from R&G racing also, fitting was easy but not easy to tidy up the cables to the lights underneath. (It could do with a little shroud). I need to change the front brake reservoir coz it's ugly stuck up there and the seat because my arse hurts after a hundred miles or so. I like the exhausts but a mate of mine has just upgraded his to triumph sportier ones. They look the same just a bit more growl plus a slight upping of the bhp.

well i decided to go low level ,i love this can the sound is awsome and im gonna get it dyno`d next week, the reckoning is 10Nm of torque right through the range and about 8 bhp,i think it needs a re-tune but we`ll see, happy days all,

Looks the biz. Love the Matt Black and now you can load the bike up and take it to some realy interesting places. Nice one.
