My first Rat Run today and what a great day it was. There must have been upwards of 100 bikes that set off to Great Saling in Essex for a barbecue and sneak first refusal on the sale gear. There were a couple of photographers along and I'll post some pictures as soon as I can.

There were some great bikes there, Bonnies, Scramblers, Rockets (only 1 Classic though) Daytonas, Sprints, well you get the idea. It was a really good day and the feeling of riding with so many other Triumph owners is fantastic. Can't wait for the next one.

My first RAT as well.
What a great sight the bikes made leaving the dealership and from the half way stop. Hope the pics pick up the looks on the locals faces as we rode out from Mersea Island..

I've just got back from New York so haven't had a chance to post any pictures yet. Apparently there's a DVD of the day available from the dealer so I'll get one this week and post some stuf from that.

Called in on the guys at Chigwell Friday, DVD is not available yet. Soon hopefully.

North City are doing another one at the end of the month to the Nene Valley in Peterborough. I'll be going along to that one too. See you there?
