Hi all ,

I noticed an ad at the top of this page advertising the photo blocker spays and plate covers for your reg plate .

I,ve heard mixed reports on these but not off anyone i know , usually the best mates wifes uncles hamster used one stories , anyone on here tried these and did they work ?

Saw an article in another forum stating they are a load of *****, and don't work. (can't seem to find it now-typical!) get a road angel 100% success rate so far!

Tried it today and took a photo of my mates number plate with this spray (or an equilivent) with my digital...

*****!!

Clear as day...

Other Motorcycle: anything I can get.
did see a TV prog a couple of weeks ago where a car was pulled because the car camera could not read the plate, so no I would not use it.

Was following a chavmobile a while back and the number plate was only clear when viewed directly from behind. When I moved about 15 degrees off it was unreadable.
Don't know whether it was a spray but looked more likely to be the plate itself
Thing is it was so obviously dodgy that plod will most likely pull them if they saw it.

I chap i know used the spray on coating, clocked up 6 points after getting poto'd twice in one week.

If you want to hide you number plate
I have a electronic flip-up number plate for sale
£200
Press once it flips, press again returns to normal.

When It is flipped you can hava an alternative number beneath or none at all - your option
