Mine doesn't look like that anymore....some flaming tourist tried to streetfighter the front wheel....ie ended up t-boned...

Not sure if I'm gonna get her back or get a new bike to learn to love. If I get a new one I'll post it here.

Another America. The problem is that they are getting hard to get hold of. My local dealer has a new one in, but that depends if the*****'s insurance will cover near to the value of my bike if it's written off... if that's the case I can stretch to the extra to pay for a new one - complete with warranty! Then custom it....
Also the love affair I had with my bike....if it is written off, it's gonna take time to feel the same about another one.If I ever do...

Hey G, sorry to hear about your accident. Have you tried the Daytona? Great deals at the moment!

Not that you're biased...

I loved my America. Really. I also found a great bunch of guys to hang out with from BonnevilleAmerica.com.

I really liked being the only one in the area. I liked having someone looking at her whenever I walked back to her. While I know that any that replaces her is not going to be the same, I like the riding postion and the only thing other than an America/Speedmaster is a Rocket III and I'm too young to have one of those....well maybe not too young but I've only had my licence 17 months and so the insurance is gonna be way too high.
I'm also looking at screwing my dealer for a bloody good deal on an 06 one that he's had on the sales floor for far too long!

Also I have some bits I was waiting for a ***** weather day to put on....
