Hi Nick,

I did the DAS course with you nearly a month ago and we were talking about cruisers and the like. You said to have a look at Triumph. I did and I was floored by the Speedmaster. So I have just returned from On Yer Triumph having bought one! :-D

Now the only hard bit is the week's wait until they get the bloody thing ready

So this is just to say a huge thanks, not only for helping me through the test, but also pointing me in the direction of a bike that would have completely passed me by. Looking forward to many happy miles on it!

Scott

Scott, really glad you went for the Triumph. Good bunch at OYT. Maybe meet up for a ride to get some miles on your bike while the weather is good? Don't forget what I taught you, you don't want me yelling in your ear again! Don't try a U turn on it, though!

Yeah, definitely up for a ride Nick, I'll be picking up the bike on Saturday. No U-turns on that one though, that's for sure!!

Hope you picked up bike ok, was a little wet out this way today, never mind, gives you a good reason to give it a bit of a wash and brush up tomorrow!
Put a note on here or phone the office number, when you want to sort a ride.
Finally, welcome to the fold, hope you enjoy riding and owning Triumphs as much as I have ( had 5 so far, a Daytona 675 next!)

Daytona 675, eh?! Was ogling a couple of them when I picked the bike up on Saturday - lovely!!

Got it back before the rain decided to tip it down, so luckily it was safely under the cover by that stage. I've got the week off this week, so just been using it to get used to the low-speed handling, it's so different to the CB500! Great bike to ride though, I'm loving it. :-D

Ride would be great, might be a couple of weekends before I can do one mind you - it's looking busy for the next couple (Brands Hatch on the 6th of course!). Will let you know.

Yes, guilty as charged! Teach is Nick from Elite! How goes it, Warren? If I remember correctly, you were going for the T100, when did the Sprint come into the equation? Welcome to the ex-Elite student Triumph owners club, it is getting bigger all the time! Come on down for one of our Rider Plus courses, will try and make it an All Triumph affair!

Nick
