Right here's the deal got two weeks off in August, want to do somthing for a mid week as wife is at work, I have found a cheap crossing seafrance bike and rider £30 return, your mission if you wish to acccept it is to find a cheaper crossing Outward 14 Aug Back 17/18Aug, seriously if anyone knows of any offers deals can you let m know, Dave. :???:

Did you try the Tunnel during the night as the fares are fairly cheap and it is a lot quicker.

I use seafrance a lot, they usually not expensive and as a big bonus will normally allow you to take any -ealier- sailing at no extra charge.
For the cheapest sailing HU have now persuaded Speed ferries to charge half price for all bikes ( they were same price as cars up till this spring ). this means bike and rider can travel for as little as £9 each way. ( depends on time of day )
also note they go dover to Boulogne not calais.

see what you can do at the dates/time you want.

It has been my experience with Brittany Ferries, seafrance and speed ferries to book early. often all the cheap fares are 'gone' in last three weeks or more. often quite a bit more than three weeks
