anyone used them are they any good? or what about triumphworld in chesterfield?

I haven't used them per se....but I remember when they were in Long Eaton....opposite my school. I asked them for a poster of a Trident. I still have it I think in my parents attic.

I've bought some accesories from them, and talked about some problems I've had, and they seem to know what they're doing...
The accessories were for my dad for Xmas, but he never got them.... 8-)

I bought a Tiger from Pidcocks, even though I live in Lancashire, were ok to deal with.

I live in Chesterfield & Triumphworld is fine. They are a good friendly bunch & only sell Triumphs. They are owned by motorvillage who have Harley world, Fiat, Seat, Mg etc. etc. on the same estate so they are obviously a big concern.
All my dealing with them have been good & they even run their own Rat pack that I may join soon.

I've had work done at both, at Chesterfield when I worked near the dealership last summer, no complaints, very enthusiastic and helpful for parts and servicing. I bought the bike from PowerSports and they lost their franchise to TriumphWorld, as I recall.

Pidcocks are just about to move their Triumph franchise to Long Eaton, around the corner from their existing BMW shop, so that's nearer for you than Mapperley. No complaints about them either from the Nottingham shop, but I have some work booked for Long Eaton next month (6,000 mile service, alarm fitting) so I can feedback then.

I'm not sure if they'll run a RAT group from there.
