heres an idea,, still brimming with post wales enthusiasm, how about a 2 day stopover in wales say in august maybe the 2nd week. friday meet somewhere in telford stay at a b&b near betsy coed (spelt incorectly, i know! ) ride round friday pm all day sat n half of sunday then ride home sunday evening maybe a few of the wifes could come and they could do their own thing (shopping!)

well what do we all think??

Would be a good idea, but I'm more than likely to be working...

Also do I have to get married...? Otherwise I wouldn't have a wife to send out shopping... :razz: But I'm not that way inclined!

i think i'd get the same reaction. but are there any good BnB's near you, cos you could point us in the direction of a: the good roads and b: good watering holes!!

We need to sort something firm, August is probably a bit close now especially with peoples summer hols, maybe a wkend mid sept might be an idea?
