I'm thinking of fitting a "LOOBMAN" chain oiler to my TBS. Has anyone else fitted one of these and if so what been the results? At the mo i use an aerosol Silkolene chain oil which is ok, but some weekends i can do 300 miles.

Phil

Dunno about that make of oiler.

I use a Scottoiler and Id swear by it. Works a treat as long as fitted correctly and chains last ages.

I have used a Scottoiler on my bikes and found it to be very effective. I have just bought one from eBay and fitting is easy.

I've used a Loobman on quite a few of my previous bikes and found it to be very satisfactory. It my be a simple device, but it works well, and I regard simplicity as a virtue.

I have always used a Scottoiler opn the Trophy and just fitted one to the Speed Triple. Great piece of kit.

I have fitted Scottoilers recently on both of my bikes and highly recommend them. Correctly fitted you won't be disappointed.
