I'm not a short arse and defo not prickless and I own a couple of Land Rovers and a mobile phone, also 4 bikes, I don't live in chelsea tho so does that discount me from your obervations :-D

I have noticed an increase of women driving 4x4's tho and I have noticed they tend to sit on your arse about 3metres behind you, 4x4's must make them feel indestructable, but a quick 2 fingered gesture and a scowl normally makes them back off

Only if you live the country, are a builder, farmer, whatever and don't use em for the school run.

all of the above, but keep cats instead of sheep, and the kids are at Uni in England now, I also use mine to go offroading as well, up in the hills, the most fun you can have at 5mph.

has the road tax increase on 4x4's been implemented yet?

I tend to watch out for Knobheads and bimbos that ride round in beamers thinking they own all the road especially the bit your on. I nearly had a bimbo in a convertable beamer take me off as i was turning left, she was BEHIND me on her frigging mobile doing her make up in the rear view mirror, only god know how she was steering it (probably with her plastic fantastics)

Okay, my three favourites... all in Hampshire. The man in the newish black Jeep overtaking a Ford, while heading into a blind bend and cresting a hill, with two small boys in the back...

The man in the white works van who decided to overtake me and the two cars in front at 60mph in a 30mph zone, while heading towards a crossroads in a small village outside Winchester...

And my favourite, the woman in the SUV on a school run, who pulled out in front of me, while using her mobile *and* turned towards the back seats so she could shout at her children.

oh well...

Other Motorcycle: anything I can get.
scouslee you live in the IOM so you can have 4x4s its the knobs in towns that piss me off, vehicles never see a muddy puddle but capable of crossing the Sahara, just used to make some dimwit mum feel safe to drive the kids to school, when its all the other dimwits doing the same thing that make it dangerous in the first pace :???: :???:

Believe me Doodledog we have the same feckwits over here as well, I have never seen so many porsche, mercs and bmw 4x4's as well as a healthy splattering of all the latest reincarnations of the various land rovers, I've had to take evasive action on more than one occasion and I hate to say it but it is always women driving them, please don't slate me ladies of the forum, it is only my observation from the land that I live in

the men feckwits over here all drive subaru's and mitsubishi's or huge bloody top of the range cars with mega big engines, and these feckwits are the ones that try and stop you from filtering or overtaking, usually by pulling out directly into your path with no regard for safety, my answer is to ride along with my leg outstretched, boot raised to mirror level, usually this works and when it doesnt and the mirror hurts your foot, you have to drop back so your number plate can't be seen, but theres not that many green T509's over here so I have to be very careful

Is this a ranting page?

Old blokes in Volvo estates wearing a flat cap with a jack russell on the back seat will do all they can to stop you filtering past them.
Women (mainly) who pull out in front off you on a roundabout, see you at the last moment and stop, blocking all escape routes and then decide to smile and wave as a form of appologie...... Accelerate and get the feck out of my way you dozey bint.
Coppers that drive along the slow lane at 67 mph to see who's got the balls to go past them, causing fecking great tailbacks...... Get a life officer!
Wannabe boy racers in their de-badged 1200 nova, who wanna race you away from the traffic lights and then look smug because you let them go first.
Black cab drivers who do U turns in front of you without indicating and checking their mirrors.

Can I add balence please!!!????

I get more irrate at blokes who think they own the road...or those in white vans who don't give a $hit about anyone else.

But then I also get annoyed at those doing what everyone else gets annoyed at.
