Question Is it Possible to lower a TT600

Hi

Is it possible to lower a Triumph TT600 without buying a lowering kit. I only ask as I have heard that its possible to increase the amount of sag that occurrs when the rider gets on a bike without messing up the suspension.

I would only like to lower mine by a couple of centimetres and if the bike lowered slighty more than it does now when I get on this would solve the need for any expensive lowering kit.

Regards

Coxy

Increasing the suspension sag is easy to do just reduce the spring preload ie. the number of threads showing on the rear shock, but it will change how the bike handles and the compression and rebound dampening will probable need adjusting too. There are threads on the supersports forum about lowering suspension
