Is anyone else from the mainland going over to the RAT rally at Brading, IOW this weekend ? A group from the Swindon Performance Triumph Group will be going over. Some on Friday, others, like me, on the 7.45 ferry from Lymington on Saturday . It will be good to meet uo with IOW & mainland members. Some I will know, others I will not have met before. See you there ?

hey, im scanning through the forum. i went to the wight rat rally with pure triumph rat. i was on the black speed four? you werent the sprint with the rat sticking out if the top box were you?
that thing was winking at me all the way along military road!

i havent got the link to hand, but im sure i can find out some details and pass them on.

get some fellow Triumph riders down, book a bed and breakfast and make a weekend out of it! We're going from the 3rd to the 6th of september this year, Id imagine the rideout is on the saturday. It was brilliant weather last year, red hot, and riding along the coast with white cliffs in front of you and turquoise water beneath you, following a LOUD triple is one of the best riding moments i've had. I 'll get an account with photobucket and upload some photos.

I think it would be good if we could get lots of RAT groups to come down for the day/weekend, and try and turn it into a huge event. The place is beautiful and the people are brilliant, well worth a shot if your up for a nice weekend off, riding and having a laugh!

No, that wasnt me. I was riding a Green 2001 ST. I enjoyed the day & may do it again this year. Its good to meet up with (Triumph) bikers from all over. I certainly met riders I would be very happy to see again. Some who lived only 10 miles from where I live !!
May see you in September ?

Pure Triumph Wellingborough RAT are defo going again this year, were staying over for the long weekend. I've already booked it off, its was brilliant fun last time!
