UK parts

Folks,

Where do you generally get your parts - from a dealer or some other supplier? I've been using a 3rd party for parts just now, but after a week wasted (sent wrong parts twice), I just went OEM for fork seals (from Lings) - my wallet is expected to recover in the early part of 2012 following intensive therapy.

Any dealers better than others? Are all prices pretty much the same. Nearest official dealer is about 45 mins away so will probs mainly do mail order,

cheers
Bill

95 Daytona by the way if it makes any odds

Hi Flying Custard, Try these websites the first being the best I have used them with great success. The same JAP seals at half the price of the local Stealership. Cheap quick delivery to. http://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/index.php http://www.bearingboys.co.uk/Bearings-1005-c

Hi Fridge, cheers. I've used Simply a few times, though mainly I used to go to local bearing shops when I was able to during orifice hours. The VAT usually got somehow forgotten on small orders... Not heard of bearing boys before though - bookmarked 'em.
