Starting a RAT club in my area

Would like some advice on how to starf a RAT club in my area. I live in the central coastal area of Texas. Would like to know who to contact, what is required of a club, and how to PROPERLY set one up.
Would also like to meet some other club members and attend some meetings/events to see how things are done. I realize this could take some time, but I am a patient man. Thank you.

Use that Meet Up group feature they have on line.

Those meet up groups are nice because you can target the thing for sexual preference, gender, Race, political preferences, religious affiliation, or have it open to all peoples. So many things to consider these days putting a group together for a ride, it's not the world our fathers once lived in.

For example if you do a ride, you may want to survey the rest stop areas, making sure they have multi gender identification rest rooms. Also must consider religious prayer times, and find an area the prayer mats can easily be rolled out over.

You may want to consult with an attorney and have people sign a full disclosure, detailing all aspects of the ride and the little things that could go wrong. People have the right to be well informed for their safety and protection of their rights as citizens, non-citizens, future citizens and people who want to be citizens or even citizens of another country outlined in all cross state agreements outlined by the 9th circuit court of appeals.

Texas compared to California could be a simpler process.
