William Lanier and Aaron Roberson at Super Street Customs in Ringgold, GA are trying to start up a Chattanooga area RAT group.
Shoot him a email at ssowner@ainet.net
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FORM A NEW TRIUMPH "RAT PACK" IN TOWN AS WELL AS A VICTORY RIDER'S GROUP. CONTACT AARON FOR DETAILS.
Hey guys, Aaron here. Just going to let you guys know that you can contact me at ssfinancial@ainweb.net. Disregard the email in Dave's original post. Also, when you guys google us or try to find us on Triumph's website we are actually called Triumph of Ringgold. Anyway, we are definitely trying to get some of you local guys together to form another Rat Pack in the Chattanooga area. There is a pretty loyal following in town and it is a shame there isn't an owner's group. We are willing to do anything we can to assist you guys in getting this going so get a hole of Dave on here or me via email and I will get a member's list and schedule a first meeting. Thanks again Triumph riders!
Aaron Roberson, business manager
Triumph of Ringgold
I stopped by your shop today and bought some mirrors for my R3T and if I am ever in the area by bike or not I will stop in to say hey since you seem to really care about the biker in all of us and not just a bottom line. Sure wish you were a little closer to Virginia.
i live bout half way between Knoxville and Chattanooga would like to meet some from that area but the way i work cant comment to anything i haven't even been able to go to any in the Knoxville area i have stop in there a couple of times and enjoyed talking to all of you and you all did a great job on my r3t for the 30000 mile service so i would recommend you all to Anyone that needed work done
the triumph dealer was in Lenoir city at Dixie lee junction until they changed owners and moved to Knoxville across from biker rags i have been doing business with them since 2001 and always was treated like family from day one
It was Lenoir City. Both were friendly enough, don't have anything bad to say, I just got a better deal in Ringggold and they are 15-20 minutes closer now.
The address was Lenoir City, but they were a lot closer to Farragut. Sort of like when I lived close to Johnson City, but had a Jonesboro address 36 years ago. Milt (the old owner) would rant about this: 'I don't know why they have given us a Lenoir City address. We're not in Lenoir City.'
They were outwardly friendly enough .... but customer service is comprised of more than friendliness. Nuff said...
I'm not so interested in being part of a RAT group, any more than a HOG group, or any other kind of group .... but I am going to check out the Ringgold dealership. It sounds like they're really trying.
Thanks for the kind words guys! We hope that we fullfill everyone's expectations of a modern Triumph dealer. Please feel free to stop in any time! Say you saw it here and I will give you a discount on accessories and service parts. Aaron Roberson
We have a RAT Pack here in Huntsville, Alabama. Not too far from Chattanooga. One of our rides earlier this year brought us into Chattanooga for lunch. We came to Chattanooga via a route that brought us down Look Out Mountain. Check us out on Facebook in case we do something in your direction again, or come down and join us for a ride sometime.
I will look you up. Anyone in the area know of someone that could help dial in my suspension. I understand the stuff slightly but can't seem to explain it to my wife and I think my preload and sag are incorrect.
Would love to find a shop that could help me fine tune it.
Look us up for sure and post this up on the Facebook page...
I don't mind helping with the suspension. I have mine dialed in pretty well, I had my dad help me when he was in town, definitely takes two people.
