RAT membership is free by going to https://www.triumph.co.uk/uk/ratRegForm.aspx and signing up. If you want to join the Triumph Owners Motor Cycle Club email me or send me a personal message via this site and I will get you all sorted. The first years membership is $35 which includes a TOMCC patch and brochures etc. Each year after that is $25 bucks. Or if you are in Street N Sport they have our membership forms there. Our membership is now round 120 in the Sth Island and 280+ up North.

With Christmas we go into a hiatus. I will be going to the Woodstock rally last weekend of January but the next official Triumph ride is the National rally in Rotorua when 30+ of us take the ride up. We may plan another ride with Street N Sport in mid February and have the BEARS weekend at Ruapuna 24th February. Our last ride we got 60+ Triumphs along. We had planned an overnighter to Whitecliffs mid March but see another mid Canterbury coordinator has stolen our Thunder and is having a overnighter at Burkes Pass. We will probably reschedule ours for the week after Easter or the first week of April. Apart from that we always have groups of guys arrange spontanious rides if the weather looks good and the mood takes them.

As it turned out i had to go up to CHCH this morning to drop one of the kids at the airport so after all the help from Corky(with the TOMCC rego) after the airport i couldnt help myself and had to go into the city and go to Street N Sport
Now that i actually own a Triumph i thought it was time to get a bit of apparel
and be one of the fellas that can actually say when asked "well as amatter of fact I do own a Triumph
I was really wanting a RAT Tshirt or just the must have plain black Tshirt wit the white lettering (if you own a Triumph according to my mate who rides a Ducatti Monster) but looks kike everyone else is getting one for xmas as none left in stock
But not to leave empty handed I found a Black cap(not a NZ cricket black cap player ,cause hey who would want one of them they are useless) but a black Triumph Motorcycles cap
and as soon as i walked out the shop off came the old crappy Nike cap and on with the new.
Something happened when i put it on ...........a sense of pride washed over me and i think i grew another couple of inches taller.
So havent taken it off yet an probably only will when i put my helmet on to go for a ride later .....mmmmmm wonder how the Mrs will feel about me wearing my new hat to bed ....
