Thanks, McG63
I'd like to come for the day as well. As mcG63 mentioned I have young kids as well and a whole weekend away would be pretty tough. I'm more than happy to chip in for whatever costs....I want a T-Shirt! Would be really great to meet other RATS.

Here's another update on the motel situation. So far we have booked 36 rooms and many of them are the single rooms. The owner, Neha, just said they still have bigger rooms with 2 and 3 beds in them. These rooms would be perfect for those of you who don't mind sharing a room with someone else so you can save some money!

Thanks again to everyone who has already sent in their cheques and confirmed their rooms. Please pass the word there are still rooms available because I want to fill up the motel before she decides to open bookings to others. It would just be so much easier if we didn't have to share any space with anyone. So, if you know of anyone who has said they planned on coming to the rally then please remind them to call and get their rooms booked.

Some of us local people are getting together again on the weekend to discuss the rally and report back on how things are going with the details. I'll probably be able to post some more after that.

Be safe with your early spring riding. We want everyone to be safe this year!!

Peggy just talked to the lady at the motel and we have 50 rooms rented so far! I know there's still some people who came last year and said they were coming back but they haven't confirmed yet. If any of you know of anyone like that; Tozer, Brent, John Cooper, please try to get them to confirm their reservations with us.

It looks like we should be able to fill the place up this year!

Peggy also decided to change our source for food this year, so there won't be any uncooked potatoes this year!! She's got the food coming from one of local deli's and they have excellent food!!

Another reminder for all of you who want to go on the hike to the rapids; it's a nice pathway and beautiful scenery but you should really wear running shows or good walkers! I'm just tryining to think of anything that will help you all have a great time!!

I can't believe we're this close to having another rally in Niagara Falls! Thanks in advance to all the dealers, pack leaders and loyal Triumph riders who have all pitched to make this a great weekend for all of us!

Here's the latest update! As of today we have 104 registered for our rally! There will still be some coming in just for the day too! We ordered a number of extra shirts just in case but they are going fast too, so if anyone still wants to come, let me know quick and I'll try as hard as I can to get everything done for you! Kevin has got a nice short route for a ride done for us and it will take in all the nicest roads in the area. Dirty Ernie is still working on a longer route for those of you who won't be suffering from numb butt! I've even checked the long range forecast and the weather looks sunny and warmer!

All in all, I think we're getting everything ready so let's all make sure that everyone arrives safely and we all have a fun weekend! After all, we are all RAT's and that's what this is all about!

Hi Everyone,

Is there a rallying point anywhere in the GTA/Hamilton way for the ride down to Niagara Falls? I want to go down for the day and would enjoy some company on the ride down.

I'm near Hwy 427/QEW.

Let me know.

I'm near Yonge & St. Claire and also planning to go down for the day. I'd like to be down in time for the short ride (11AM, I think) but can be motivated earlier.

Where do you want to meet?

J.

Many thanks.

Hey John!

The rally was another huge success and everyone had a ball. If you want to get more involved locally, try our website at www.ontariorats.com because we post lots of local stuff there. There are quite a few Triumph riders where you are and you'll be able to meet them.

If I knew how to post a picture of the correct size on this site I would post a picture of everybody at the rally. Maybe Big Rick will read this and send in a picture, he's much smarter than I am!!

Anyway, thanks to everyone who attended the rally and thanks again to the dealers who supported us. We REALLY appreciated all the help!!
