Glad to here,,small steps
Hope this helps raise the profile of Triumph and if there was a BBBBBIIIIGGG kickoff with media attention it could help the Marquee.. or should we keep it a secret?

If they don't smarten up and bring prices inline with the US, this new dealership can go **** up for all I, or anyone else can care.

That's really good to hear. I don't think the dealers are making all the profits though, I mean they gotta make something to be there but Triumph is the greedy party I'd bet. They don't wanna lower prices until they have to because of the negative effect on cash flow and they're now using small markets like Canada as a cash cow.
Those management types are all a bunch of sheep anyway, I bet they're all waiting and watching for the bow to break on the whole pricing thing before they do anything.

It's official now..... they're listed on the Triumph website as a dealer. Now that I've seen it, I can finally believe it.
I wish them well and hope they turn out to be a good one.

Just saw the news on the Triumph Dealer Locator too. Makes some sense....Triumph Canada now has coverage in the GTA to the east (Ajax), west (Hamilton) and (with a stretch) north (J&R).
I have bought a jacket, helmet and Zena disk lock from them over the past year. They are pretty knowledgeable...can't complain about their customer service, though I haven't used them to service my bike. In my experience they have a pretty young staff, but a few veterans give depth behind the counter.
GP is usually fairly prominent at the bike shows with their accessories which is a good thing. It is certainly tough to find a decent selection of Triumph brand clothing that you can actually try on before buying.
I have family in Ajax so it might not be a bad trip for service....but I still prefer the ride to Stayner over Hamilton or Ajax.
Let's wish them luck.
Paul

New GTA dealer
It is good to hear there are options for us, in Ajax, in light of major dealerships succumbing to the move by Honda, Suzuki, and BMW pulling out of Motorcycle dealerships to the four wheel Dealerships.
In my opinion this will have a negative effect on motorcylcing in general in the GTA for non Harley riders as the mindset of auto slaesmen is somewhat different then Bike Dealers. Any other thoughts?

I'm with you Dwyane, I just brought my 2003 Sprint ST in from Milwaukee, according to my insurance company the bike is worth $10,000. I can by a brand new 2008 Sprint ST in the US for the same amount.

We've got another one....Rev cycles on Bathurst is now a Triumph dealer. It kind of surprised me when I walked past their booth at the bike show and saw the Triumph logo on their back wall. I got talking to them and found that they are a new dealer. They only had a couple of bikes of their own plus a couple of customer bikes to display but by spring they should be up and running.
I've finally got a shop nearby once again.

Rev Cycles
Has anyone been to Rev Cycles? What's their reputation?
