Hi all,

A quick note..some clown stole my bike a couple weeks ago....2002 Sprint RS - black with some irraticly spaced holes in the end of the stock pipe (previous owner!!). Stolen from Chilliwack BC (130 km East of Vancouver) so if anyone tries to sell you one - mine had about 33,000K on it, and a few specific markings that I would let be known if you could provide me a pic of that pipe!! The pipe is about the only distinguishable thing to the naked eye.....

I know there are some similar ones for sale around - but they are lower km's.....

and just a general word of caution to everyone - a reminder to lock up your damn bikes!!

Was the bike that hit a deer in langley your RS? The province paper said it was reported stolen in Chilliwack Aug 9th.

Hey - no it wasn't. I wish, but nope.....mine was actually taken at the end of July. I called the RCMP but there was no reference on the file, so she said it was someone else's bike.

Lock up your toys, all you biker girls and boys......

Not cool. Hope you see your bike again but it's been a while since it was ripped off.

I am happy to report that this motorcycle was returned to its rightful owner....damage report is pretty short as the guy who had it only put on about 4-500km. (3-400 miles). Burned off back tire, which has been replaced, punched the locks and given it a couple of new small scratches. All in all, pretty darn good if you asked me.

Problem #1 is that I bought another one in the meantime.

Problem #2 is that I need 30 posts to be able to list my old one for sale on this forum. Fair enough rule...I'll get active on the forum here and post the bike for sale when I'm past the post-count. In the meantime, you could search craigslist Vancouver BC or PM me if you were interested.

I'm keeping the one I bought from him, and selling my original one.
