Hi Everyone,
In keeping up with a bi-weekly ride June 7th is the next ride date. So what we need are some ride suggestions and for some cruisers to show up because my wee Bonnie had a very hard time keeping up with the entourage of Sprints! J If you have riding friends who don’t ride Triumphs but would like to ride, bring them along. Even though these are RAT rides we don’t mind some FRATs (Friends of the Riders Association of Triumph ) joining us for a ride

Unfortunately I won’t be there myself on this date because of some family obligations but I think it is very important that these rides keep going every second Sunday and we get in the habit of meeting and going.

So everyone who is interested please meet at the Second Cup on 34th and Gateway between 8:30 and 8:45 and be read to ride by 9am. Also send me some ride suggestions so I can communicate these to the group before Sunday.

Last thing! The new Thunderbird is scheduled to arrive at Echo on the 10th and stay until the 13th. Make sure you stop buy and have a peek. Echo is hosting a pancake breakfast on the 13th for us RATs and it would be nice to see everyone who can make it, stop by. Breakfast will start at 9:30am.

We have canceled the ride in favour of participating in the Redwater Ride for Hunger.

I don't mean to intrude on your site, but I am planning a long ride on my Triumph Scrambler--Omaha Nebraska to Yellow Knife in the Northwest Territory in late June. I would appreciate anything you could tell me about routes, camp sites, hotels and things to see along the way. I am currently planning to head West, get in the mountains and then head North (stay out of the bugs and on the twisty mountain roads. Pappy

I'll do what I can to help you. Send me a PM with what route you where thinking. majority of your riding should be through BC or up the Icefield parkway in the rockies.
