New Dealer in Saskatoon

After 4 years of no dealer between SW Ontario and Alberta a Saskatoon multiline dealer has recently become a Triumph Dealer.

About a year ago Custom Cycle and Marine lost its Honda dealership to a Powerline store down the road. They replaced their lost Honda line with BMW and just recently Triumph.

Custom also handles Bombardier, Kawasaki and Suzuki.

Now, I don't usually complain about dealerships alot, but I really have to say that if this one is going to have some success, with their Triumph line at least, they're going to have to work on their customer service skills a bit. We live in Regina (3 hours away...), and phoned about the new line of clothing and a couple of items in particular, and were told "I don't know, you can come and check..." but when we told them where we were calling from their reply was "Yeah, we have alot of stuff, I'm not really sure." Three times in total this was the conversation we had, and you know what? I'll still probably end up going there to check it out because I'm curious, but I'll continue to order from Echo in Edmonton because their service is fantastic.

Just picked up my StripleR from Custom Cycle, I was trying to buy riding gear at the same time but they dont have all the new stock in yet. They have been getting shipments of all their brands of riding gear, bit by bit over the past 3 or so weeks. They have some of the Triumph gear on display and there is more gear still coming apparently. My suggestion would be to call and ask one of the salesmen to check on the Triumph gear you are interested in.
Try, "British Paul" he is their Triumph specialist.

Bumping and old topic..

But I just picked up my thunderbird last week from Custom. (I'm the only one to pre-order on in SK!) I was disappointed with my service until I got to the dealer and met Paul. He really went into detail with things and is making a huge effort to get a rat group together. Tough for me to join since I'm from Estevan, but I'd like to make an effort.

Now whenever I phone there I ask for Paul. I'm fairly sure customs prices are on the high side, with everything.. but I don't deal with dealers very ofen.
