When you get a really nice day during winter, many riders take advantage and bring out their bikes. This created a GREAT turn out for lovers and owners of triumphs in Adelaide yesterday.
A nice ride of about 250km was planned departing from our usual cafe ( for breakfast and a late' ) before riding through the beautiful, winding roads of the Adelaide hills. We had 'smoko' at Normanville before following the coast down to Delemere and then riding the GREAT bikie road to Victor Harbour. This is a magnificient 50km stretch of continuous high speed curves and an exhilirating ride.
We then had a leisurely lunch at one of the pubs at Victor before heading back north.
A great day enjoyed by about 25-30 riders. This Triumph riders group is going from strength to strength. A wonderful group of people.
By the way, Tasmanian triumph riders please note. We are planning a Tasmania ride for early 2010, probably March. It's a long way off yet but keep it in mind. Maybe some of you would like to join us and show off some of your best rides.
