We had our toy run today here in Adelaide and what a great day it turned out to be!
Three diffrent news reports estimated the number of bikes as 20,000, 25000 and 30,000!
it was somewhere in there and probably the biggest turn out ever.
Several members of our triumph club (including myself) are also members of the MRA which organises the run. It was a great pleasure to help them. It is commendable that, despite being a new club with not a huge number of members, we still provided more helpers than most other bike clubs. A fact that has not gone un-noticed by the MRA!
It was also good to see so many triumph riders participate. An extraordiay number of rocket 3s and sprints. (not to mention bonnies). Some great old British bikes too, such as BSAs etc.
