G'day all

Just joined the forum after riding to Brisbane from Port Macquarie and back, trading my 95 Yamaha FZR1000 on a 2006 Sprint ST. A great ride, of course the ride home was by far the best leg. I'm stoked with the Sprint.

Another new member

I just bought a Bonneville SE after going without (an MC) for 20 years while I raised my family. It's grrrrrrreeeeeaatttttt being back on 2 wheels and I absolutely love the Bonnie - it is a major step up from the Honda CL450 that I sold in 1980. It's going to take some time to figure out the forum (protocol and all) but I enjoy the reading and look forward chatting with your guys and gals.

Hi Startnover, welcome. I'm a new member too and also just returning to riding after 15+ years (raising a family stuff too). Picked up my new Thunderbird on Monday. How good is life. Looking at a 600+ kms ride on Sunday up and across the great divide mountains north of Maitland to Walcha and across to Wauchope and back south again to home. Looking forward to it. But mainly just wrapt in the whole going for a ride thing again. Cheers, Tbirdmax.

Welcome to you all,

Max, hope you enjoy the ride down the oxley Highway to Wauchope. Its my local mountain (lucky me), a bloody good hill to run up and down.

G'day everyone

Well i finally got here to say G'day. I bought my first Triumph (06' America) about 18 months ago, and am real happy with it. Am making little mods and changes as i go. Have been riding bikes for 40 years (got my first one when i was 12) and still love it as much as when i started. Ride just about every weekend or more if i can. Glad to say g'day to all you fellow Triumph owners. From what i have found so far, Triumph owners are a bloody good mob. Thats enough from me,ride safe everyone, Dozza
