Just torn down my 67 650 triumph. Was wondering if anyone in victoria has bought a frame such as one of these

They look pretty trick but how do I go about getting a brand new frame through Vicroads. I can't find bugger all on their website.
If I am using the 67 motor would it be registered as a 67 or would it be a ICV or just registered as a 2009 triumph.
My biggest issue is that as I'm heading for the bobber look, I won't need indicators and heaps of other crap cluttering up my nice rat.
Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.
