The new Thunderbird will be making it`s debut at the Bike Expo, at the Convention Centre on the Gold Coast (my home city), on Feb 20-22nd. There will be be a model on display, in Black, for all to gawp at and sit on etc. Not mention all the other Triumph models, too.
I am told that there will be lots of 'show special' prices on bikes and merchandise over the weekend.
I`m sure it will be doing the rounds of the various other states, over the next few months but the official Australian launch is as above.

I have been several times and the show is not a bad day out, especially if you like scantily clad women wandering around in lycra Bikinis handing out Harley leaflets and the Crusty Demons are doing an indoor show, with jumps, somersaults and all that old malarkey, on dirt bikes.
They normally have some great smaller stalls, like custom molded earplugs, sheepskin seat covers etc, as well.
The show runs Fri, Sat Sun, if you check out the Aussie triumph forum, RATBAGS (see the link on this page) there are some group meet ups on the Fri and Saturday, at the show. Sunday, we will all be out riding, of course!
