Finally done with my 11 speedy, maybe left with the EFI carb caps, black with ribs and the rear light and turn signals but so far I'm happy with my Speedy, hereby the mods list and pics :

Trident stainless steel exhaust (with baffles!!! fantastic growl !)
EMC black custom shocks
Maverick custom solo seat
blacks levers from joker machine
blacks Triumph mirrors
black finned master cylinder cover, joker machine
smoked lenses from new speedmaster
black oil cap, new speedmaster,
black clutch cable bracket and cover
KN filter
NH bell mouth
AIS removal kit + remapping
RocketIII Medallion
Storm end caps

Really nice bike. Do you find the lower seat more comfortable than stock?

Maverick seat is firmer than stock on static, but holds you better when you ride, and the shape is soo good that you have this feeling of being "inside" the bike and not "on".

Anyway imho change of seat goes with change of shocks, stocks ones are so crappy, harsh ride, bumpings, etc,etc... mine just stick on the road like a flying carpet, balance is so much better that the front does not dive anymore even without changing the spring.

What shocks did you put on?

Steep! Did you get the T18 (Rocket 3) or T25 (America) version?

I got it through my dealer (got a 15% discount with him) so I'm not too sure but I guess it's the T25, America model. Maybe the length is different for the rocket 3.
