Look at the gaitor clips. 68 -70 did not have them [could be replacements ones].
Sidepanel model name hard to see but it should have something like 'TROPHY' and under that '500'. It has in P/shop. With the grab rail is appears to be 70 T100C.

It's a triumph T100C 1970 first year with that grabrail, tappetcover are from a 500, misses turn signal, frame is dryless type (All T100 had oil tanks, no oil in frame, and it has the big side up mufflers) mine is 1969 T100C have it since 1978
