That's the FLH1200, and I used to own one.
BTW, Kawasaki is selling tons of those Vulcan 900 Customs/Classics/LTs as
they have the look, features, and price that customers want.
Not everyone wants the so-called Lifestyle Baggage associated with Harley.
Seriously now, I don't focus on what brand/model people ride while out on
my road trips. It's more about who they are than what they ride.

I'm not saying that metric cruisers are bad (not at all). In fact, this is probably the nicest looking out there right now:

If I had the $$$ right now, I'd buy it. I'm totally over riding my Scrambler on LA freeways—no matter how soft my seat is. I love Triumph, but the waiting time and high prices for every little part have honestly been a pain, and unnecessary. If I can hold out, I'll get the Thunderbird (if that's what they call it) and use it for anything longer than a 100 mile trip. I do like this Star though, I can't believe I'm actually writing and considering it, but I saw one (the Star Roadliner) up close and it was superb. All the way around. They were asking 11K for the touring version.
