I would guess a good 30 to 40% of the Rocket owners have gone to running a car tire. I hear some Gold Wing riders have gone to the "Dark Side" also which is common slang for the practice. Takes a little getting used too, but I have done some nasty twisties in the mountains with best of them and the CT does fine. Cost is another major factor, CT $69.00/ MC$280.00. The most mileage I ever got out of a rear MC tire was about 5k with normal riding. That CT has well over 14K on it and still like new. I would bring up the "cookies" but enough said on the subject.
