Has anybody tried Acousti/Seal?
Hey everyone,

I have a problem with my pipes where there was a 1/16" gap on all three ends that connected from the header to mid-pipe. I dealt with the noise/slight exhaust leak for a while but now I'm fed up with it and want to seal it tight.

But, the 3-1 system I have right now won't let me use clamps because the connecting end are welded together so there's no gap to slip the clamps around.
I could have gotten a cone and hammered away at the pipes until they were opened up enough to close the gap, but I decided to get this Acousti/Seal product instead.

So I applied it to my pipes and am now waiting for it to dry. Pretty nasty stuff, but the exhaust shop mechanics said that it works pretty well.

I'm wondering if any of you guys have used this on your motorcycle/cars?
