I've been having a lot of trouble getting my bike ready for the riding season this year. It's an 05 Daytona 955i. One of my last problems is the fact that when I pull my front brake lever, the brake light won't come on. Rear brake works the light just fine, just the front. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm not the most mechanically inclined so I suspect I'm gonna have to pay the dealer for his help.

Try spraying some WD-40 around the bottom front of the area where the lever meets the housing. There's an electromechanical switch there that activates the light.
