Speed Triple torque specs

I am looking for some torque specs to aid in re-assembly of my 2007 Speed Triple. I need the specs for all of the front brake caliper assembly bolts, the caliper to fork leg bolts, rotor to wheel bolts, triple clamp pinch bolts and front axle. Can anybody help me out?

Front brake hose to master cylinder >>>>> 25 / 221.27 / 18.44
Front brake pad retaining pin >>>>> 18 / 159.31 / xx
Front brake caliper bleed screw >>>>> 6 / 53.12 / xx
Front brake hose to caliper >>>>> 25 / 221.27 / 18.44
Front brake master cylinder to handlebar >>>>> 15 / 132.76 / xx
Front brake master cylinder reservoir to mounting >>>>> 6 /53.12 / xx
Front brake disc to wheel >>>>> 22 / 194.72 / 16.23

Wheels
Front wheel spindle / axle bolt >>>>> 95 / xx / 70
Front wheel spindle pinch bolts >>>>> 20 / 177.02 / 14.75
Rear wheel to stub axle >>>>> 146 / xxx / 107.68
