Hi, I am looking at getting new sleeves for my 1994 speed triple End cans, my question is has Anyone already done this ? and if so what size rivets are used as I would need to replace these.

You are going to have to drill out or chisel off the existing rivets, so whatever size drill bit you use will be the size of the new rivets. probably 3/16"

Also, do NOT use soft aluminum rivets, they will fail. That is unless you want your exhaust cap and packing shooting out the back like a torpedo. (yes, it really did, and promptly got flattened by a following taxi cab)
