Fitting Bungs & Engine mounting bolt torques

I'm new to this group and to modern machines so please forgive what may be a simple stupidly obvious question..........
I want to fit a couple of PowerBronze Crash Bungs to my 01 Sprint ST. The Instructions say they should be tightened to the Manufacturers Torque Settings. I have not bought a Manual yet and don't know if such information would be in a Haynes Type manual. Is it worth getting one? How critical are the torque settings? Any help welcomed!!

My Haynes manual says 95 Newton Meters for the engine mounting bolts. I don't necessarily pay a lot of attention to torque values for, say, switchgear mounting screws or clutch cover bolts, but engine mounting bolts I usually get kinda picky about.

Cheers,
-Kit

If you could advise exactly where the bungs are to be installed, I can look up recomended torque values for you.

Thank you for replying
The bolts mount in place of the upper front engine mounts which lie between the front cam and the exhaust pipe exit. They are visible through the large oval piercings in the fairing (so the fairng does not need to be cut --theoretically!).
