Mods for 2002 D955

I'm wondering how many power/performance enhancing modifications people have done to the 955 Daytonas. I recently discovered that the CRA allows three cylinder motorcycles up to 955cc to compete as a middleweight, and I'd like to try to change that over the next couple of years. So yeah, I'd prefer not to rip into the engine, until I find out what you can do and still have it be super sport legal. I have a slip-on for it, and it's got the TOR tune, so apart from a high flow filter, and a proper dyno tune, what else is there?

sprokets, ignition advancer, tune boy engine management, K&N, and if you really need more nuts, find the guy in South Dakota that makes the Turbo kits.

I havent done is personnally but i know that you can port and pollish the heads-cams....and always that nice $5000 turbo. but I am not much fan of the turbo, it makes the engine harder to control and puts ALOT of stress on like connecting rods and crank ect. I would just consider the air filter, maybe modify the air box a little, and make sure that it is tuned correctly. Then if you still want more then consider port and polish. But the more modified an engine is the less reliable its---generally...

Cool, I hadn't thought of a port/polish. As fun as a turbo might be, that would make it illegal to compete.
