Looking for advice on a swingarm and front stand that will work with a '95 T-Bird. The Handy Industries combo that includes the universal rear and universal front stands looks like a good deal. The rear stand will probably work OK but not sure about the front.

Anyone with experience using these or recommendations for alternatives??

I have a set of these. They are a great value. I am contemplating purchasing another set.

If your fork legs have a 1/2" hole in the bottom, the front stand should work just fine.

I 2nd what Hinckley said, they are well made & relatively inexpensive. The powder coat finish on my set is flawless, & they are stable.

What kind of bike do you have B02S4?
(Speed 4 maybe?)
I have a concern about the rear stand clearing the pea-shooters. All the swingarm stands seem to be designed for sport bikes. The pipes on the t-bird are fairly low and close to the swingarm.

That's a good point. I don't know if they would clear your pipes. I'll bet the width adjusters would contact your pipes.

How about this, take measurements of the outside width of your swingarm and the inside width of your pipes. Next, with the suspension compressed with the weight of the bike standing straight up, measure the distance from the bottom of the swingarm to the bottom of the pipes.

I will check those measurements to the stand that I have and let you know if it will fit.

I know what I'm thinking, did that come out right?

I think I know what you mean.
I'll try to get measurements tomorrow.

SWare, you're probably right in that the low pipes would interfere with the stand ends. My bikes have pipes that are above the swingarm. Didn't think about that when I left the prior message, as I was commenting about the stands in general & not for your specific application. Oh well.

Looks like the T-Bird silencers are about 2" below the lowest portion of the swingarm. That measured about 2" inboard of the axle adjusters. There is about 1/2" clearance between the inside of the silencer and side of the swingarm. Pretty tight I think.
