1966 Triumph Tiger 500 cc

Will the larger Triumph engines (i.e.- 650, 750 cc) fit on these bikes?
I really love my Tiger, but I would be interested in having a larger triumph motor built for it without having to make any alterations to the bike itself.
Any information on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Don't see why a 650 wouldn't fit - my understanding is the cylinders are a bigger bore to achieve the increase in cc's,so the motor's configuration ought to be the same. 750's were made for OIF bikes, so that may be a problem with mounting it in the frame.
