:???: Have a problem with the tacho on my 2000 Thunderbird - no reading, i.e. completely dead.

Have checked the wiring continuity, to igniter, to ground and to 12V ignition circuit, all fine. Swapped tacho with working unit, still needle plays dead. Could this be an igniter fault ? Bike is running fine, so other igniter circuits are OK.

Would be grateful for any ideas.
