The throttle grip on my '03 Bonneville does not spring back to closed when I let go. ANy advice on how to correct this?

Have you recently added a cruise control unit or made any changes to your grips? How about any adjustments to the throttle linkage or housing (on the handle bars)? Can you bring it back manually without binding?

I haven't made any mods or adjustments. Manually it rolls smoothly on and off. It just won't return by itself

It's fixed. I had forgotten that I put a small handlebar clock on and must have overtightened the grip
