FCR's are carbs - really why would you put pods on a Fi engine, when the airbox is going to be part of the design of the engine and it's fueling. Typically even with non Fi bikes, pods create jetting issues. So imagine the can of worms you'd open adapting the 955i to pods - as Martinyoung suggests......... though that said I've heard that FCR's have been put on a Fi Daytona(1998) to good effect but that was back when Mickey Cohen, then of Orange county Triumph was campaigning the bike to much success and the Sagem brain was having issues and a return to Carbs seemed a viable option. But don't let any of this hold you back.

I just like pods and you have easy access. Any way my main concern is that the bike is stalling after 2 minutes of ridding.
When I had the my Kawasaki ZRX I intalled pods, I did rejet, and I changed needles and springs, and yes you spend some time trying to find the right setup.
