When I bought my T300, the oil plug bolt allen head was about half stripped. So, I finished the job.

I was considering a chisel when I stumbled across a set of tools called "Sock-It-Out". These are allen head keys that are beveled or tapered at one end. The tapered end is hammered into the stripped allen head until tight. Then you put a wrench (spanner) on the other end and remove the damaged bolt. It works very well. They cost about $67 for a set of 4 (6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm).

Try here edco tools or here Nolan Supply.
