I have been breaking spokes in the rear wheel of my Tiger. THe first couple of times I used OEM spokes, but during the Blackdog Rally I snapped off a handfull of them and now I am casting about for something stronger. Has anyone here gone to a heavier spoke? Any sources or suggestions?

Wow.. Triumph needs to use you as an advertisement for the Tiger! No real suggestions on stronger spokes though.. Motocross sources, maybe?? or 2005 Tiger rims, though that's surely expensive!

I think you will find that your Tiger wheel may well have been supplied (to Triumph) by these people?
CWC

You could email them for advice and more details on their specialized spokes.

Hope this helps?

If you always treat your Tiger like that I think Triumph should give you a new one every model change for FREE and then follow your exploits. I wish Triumph would capitalize on people such as yourself.
