Hi all,

Getting a little confusd here. I want to fit Tokico 6 pot calipers to my '94 ST. I have heard its an easy staright swap but when i measured up both triumph and Tokico calipers theres an 8mm difference in the mounting hole spacing.

Couldnt say what bike the Tokicos where from but anyone perform this swap? Is it as simple as i have been lead to believe? anyone know of a website detailing the swap?

Cheers guys.

cherck the part interchangeability thread in this forum. I believe that the tokicos that are rumoured to fit have around a 90mm spacing. It could be that later ST's have the narrower bolt spacing pattern.

Please give me some clarification here. I'm assuming by "94 ST" you are talking about a 1994 Speed Triple. Or are we talking about a Sprint ST and the year is a typo?

If you are talking about a '94 Speed Triple, this should be an easy swap for you.
I have done this modification. It works great and is a simple remove, replace and bleed. IF you have the correct parts.

The 6 pots I used were from a 2001 Kawasaki zx7. They bolted right on. no modifications at all. As Mick posted on the interchangability thread, there are others that will work as well. Be sure you get the correct ones.

So only the zx7r 6 pot calipers fit triumphs?

I heard you could also use hayabusa calipers.

Im wondering if it will fit my 2000 speed triple.
